This Privacy Policy (hereinafter — "Policy") applies to the terms and conditions of personal data processing that FOP Hagai Oleksandr Serhiiovych — the owner of https://stock-electrocars.com.ua/ (hereinafter — "Platform") may receive from individuals and legal entities using the Platform during its use, personal data based on the Constitution of Ukraine, the Law on Personal Data Protection.
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Policy informs Platform users about the list of personal data collected by the Platform Administrator and their protection, the purpose of using such personal data, under what circumstances and to whom they may be transferred, as well as ways to contact the Administrator in case of questions regarding personal data processing.

Interpretation of terms used in this Policy:
"Administrator" — FOP Hagai Oleksandr Serhiiovych, Taxpayer Registration Number: 3434303012, registered at: 01103, Kyiv, Pecherskyi district, Andrii Verkhohliad St., bldg. 2, block A, apt. 184 and his authorized persons for administering and managing the Platform.
"Controller" means a natural or legal person who independently or jointly with others determines the purposes and means of personal data processing.
"User" means any natural person (who has reached the age of 18) or legal entity with full civil capacity who uses the Platform via the Internet to search for necessary information.

The Controller of Users' personal data within the meaning of the Legislation is the Platform Administrator and his authorized persons.

The User voluntarily, consciously and having previously familiarized themselves with this Policy agrees to the terms of this Policy and, accordingly, to the processing of personal data by clicking the "I agree" button and/or setting the appropriate mark.
2. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Country of residence

4. PERSONS AUTHORIZED TO PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

Access to Users' personal data of the Platform is granted to: the Controller represented by the Administrator and employees authorized by him, the Operator and other third parties who, in accordance with the agreement, provide technical support services for the Platform. Such third parties may have access to personal data only when necessary.

5.1
Cookie files are small text files that are stored on the User's device when visiting the Platform.
